We encourage exploration and discovery so the insights gained by your staff will truly be their own. We offer both on-site and remote installation packages where a trainer can assist via phone using web-based tools to train staff with the same interactive, hands-on approach.
If there is a change in property-level management, our helpdesk representatives will schedule on-site or remote, targeted systems training based on your staff's needs and experience level.
